I agree with you on the tallent in the low levels, but for the new signings, we basically don't know squat about how high these guys will be ranked until they come stateside in a year or possibly 2. Guerrero got a bigger bonus than Gimenez and he's a non prospect now.
Some of the young international signings currently in GCL or maybe one or two in Kingsport could rocket up the rankings though.
