The end of the year can be misleading. That said,
After a slowish start, and not counting his final game where he twisted his knee and played just 14 minutes
Barrett's final 24 games: 39 minutes, 25.1 pts, 6.3 rebs, 3.9 assists, but he still shot a low percentage. He's got to get better at efficiency.
Obi's final 5 games . . . and small sample size I realize: 38 minutes, 27.2 pts, 6.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 49 of 89 shooting, 19 of 41 from 3. If he can keep shooting like that, he's a keeper and should probably be starting.
Some big questions like . . . do they keep and how much do they pay Mitchell Robinson, who's great, but injury prone.
Do they keep Cam Reddish - who barely played.
Should they trade Randle?
Should they trade Fournier?
And can they find a real PG. I think Quickley's a fine 6th man/combo guard off the bench. I don't think he's a starting PG.
Anyhoo . . . go Knicks. Good luck in the lottery. I don't think I believe in this team yet, but they have moments. There's a chance.
